This Constitution shall be supreme and the provisions shall be binding on all Directors, members, staff, and partners.
The name of the organization shall be Good Governance Advocacy International (GGAI) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organization”).
The secretariat of the organization will be located at C/O Leonard Anyogo & Co., Calabar, Cross River State of Nigeria, and other foreign addresses as may be approved from time to time.
United for Good Governance
To encourage efficiency and coherence of action and programmes, the organisation shall collaborate with associations, organizations, companies, or individuals whose objectives align with GGAI’s mission, as determined by the board leadership.
Membership is open globally to all persons of high integrity after a successful application and approval by the board leadership. Members shall contribute dues, levies, or services as may be stipulated.
The organisation shall be open to global citizens who accept its regulations and complete due registration.
The Board Leadership (the Board) shall be the final authority of the organisation, chaired by the Director General. A General Assembly may also be established, composed of registered members.
The Board shall hold meetings (physical or virtual) as determined and may brief or convene the General Assembly, whose decisions remain subject to the Board’s veto.
Tenure of office is for life, except by removal, resignation, or death.
An auditor shall be appointed at a board meeting to audit accounts annually and verify the organisation’s financial records.
The Board may amend the Constitution by a two-thirds majority vote. Proposed amendments must be circulated in writing at least one month before review.
This Constitution may be cited as the Good Governance Advocacy International Constitution (GGAI 2025) and shall take effect from the date of endorsement by the Board.
By virtue of his appointment as Director General, Sir Leonard Anyogo LL.M (UK), Notary Public, hereby endorses this Constitution on 12th January 2025 for the good of the organisation.
An oath of office shall be administered to all new members of the organisation, board leadership, and committees, formulated by the organisation from time to time.
Good Governance Advocacy International (GGAI) is a non-political humanitarian and training organisation duly recognized/registered outside and inside Nigeria with the cardinal mission of promotion of good governance, training, consultancy, legal, medical, information hub, Agricultural and people’s policy orientation. GGAI has a wide global media traction both in the conventional and social media platforms; being an organization that is focused on promoting key values through training and advocacy and consultancy services, GGAI holds accountability and transparency, excellence and social community responsibility in the highest esteem and regards. GGAI work closely with regulatory agencies and other governmental bodies to develop progressive policies and standards. GGAI also provides forums for idea sharing, training and resources to support their advocacy and practice.
The Organisation has her administrative headquarters in Ontario Canada and her operational headquarters in Calabar, Nigeria with board leadership and a general assembly. The commendable work of the organization can be viewed prominently on Instagram and X (Twitter) @ggadvocacyintl and also prominently on YouTube (Good Governance Advocacy Intl @GGAIINTL and other social platforms. The organisation has its administrative headquarters in Ontario, Canada, and operational headquarters in Calabar, Nigeria.

6. Chinyere Odinka – Director Contacts/Meetings(Renowned educational expert, business CEO and humanitarian expert, based in Calabar Nigeria)

There is also the General Assembly with membership across the globe. GGAI is very interested in government and corporate entities working in a people oriented policies with ethics with strong voice for training and advocacies in different fields. The board provides strategic direction and oversight for GGAI’s work in promoting good governance, training and consultancy as well as community engagement. The board is composed of individuals with diverse backgrounds.
The organisation partners reputable Engineering firms and Architectural outfits as well as policy hubs with professional staff as contract staff and permanent staff.
Our goals are centered around This is an integrity based organisation, and GGAI is unique because it sticks to expectations and enhanced monitoring of policies and job execution. Our organisational goals are advocacy, training and consultancy.
GGAI has an up-to-date financial statement and is not indebted. The organisation adheres strictly to board resolutions.
The Directors/Partners and management are persons of high repute and social stratification, and are committed to the tenets of best practices and prompt services delivery, training and advocacy. The Directors are experienced, educated and responsible members of the society. The Operational head office is located at Bourlevard road 2, Paliamentary Extension, Calabar Nigeria.
GGAI has a wide international and national media in advocacy and training as well as consultancy services. It has a wide range of partners and constantly engages in training and public lectures. Promotes community engagement in policies of government in the areas of Agriculture, health and civic responsibilities as well as town hall participation in policy influencing of NEEDS assessment.
